Dry skin problems are usually attributed to two pathologies that are sometimes difficult to distinguish, psoriasis and eczema or atopic skin. Two completely different processes, identifiable and not interchangeable. If it is one thing it is not the other. They are not exclusive either, since there are cases of psoriasis and eczema.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease, in which our own immune system activates skin cells to grow faster than under normal conditions and when they die, they accumulate in the upper layers without being eliminated.

Eczema (in Greek ékzema, which means boil) or atopic dermatitis , however, can appear due to external factors such as allergens, environmental factors, bacteria...

Aloe vera, honey, oats, avocado, calendula or chamomile have purifying, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and healing properties.
